What is already decided
- KAIDO WALK · SHOGUN · Satta Pass · 4 days, 3 nights
- Three nights, four days on the old Tokaido. Receive the Shogun's letter at a house in Okitsu, carry it over Satta Pass, and deliver it to a house in Kanbara. Houses, meals, workshops, guiding and luggage are in the price.
- You walk one pass: from Okitsu over Satta Pass to Yui, then one stop by train to Kanbara.
- Travellers under twenty receive a different item instead of sake. We tell the brewery in advance, from the ages given at booking.
- Two to five people in one group. We do not take bookings for one person.
- Departures are on Wednesdays: arrive on Wednesday, cross the pass on Friday, leave on Saturday.
- Applications close 20 days before departure.
- Payment is made in advance by card.
- On the morning you move, hand your bag to the carrier inside the house before you set out. After cleaning, the carrier places it inside the entrance of your next house, using a door code valid for that day only. Our cleaning staff do not handle bags.
- Year one covers nine post towns from Yoshiwara to Fujieda, plus Fujinomiya.
- Price per person by group size: JPY 238,000 for a group of 2; JPY 198,000 for a group of 3 to 5 (to be revised in spring). The price is per person, includes tax, and depends on the size of your group.
- Contact during the trip: To be confirmed
- Cancellation charges: Cancellation charges follow the Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions. (To be confirmed)
